At NODE Academy, we strive to provide high-quality education and training in animation and visual effects (VFX). We value the satisfaction of our students and aim to maintain a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read the following refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses or programs:

a. Withdrawal During Trial Period: If you decide to withdraw from a course within the specified trial period, which is typically the first few days of the course, you may be eligible for a full refund of the course fees. However, this may vary depending on the specific course and its duration.

b. Non-Satisfaction: If you have attended the course for a reasonable period but find it unsatisfactory, you may request a refund. To be eligible, you must provide valid reasons for your dissatisfaction and request the refund within a specified timeframe. The refund amount, in this case, may be subject to deductions for any classes attended or course materials provided.

c. Program Cancellation: In the event that NODE Academy cancels a course or program due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fees paid.

1. Refund Process:

a. Submitting a Refund Request: To request a refund, you must submit a written refund request to the administrative department of NODE Academy. The request should include your name, contact details, course/program enrolled in, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.

b. Review and Approval: Our administrative team will review your refund request within a reasonable timeframe. We may contact you for additional information or clarification if required. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

c. Refund Disbursement: If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be disbursed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that any transaction fees or charges associated with the refund process may be deducted from the refund amount.

1. Non-Refundable Fees:

a. Registration or Enrollment Fees: Any non-refundable registration or enrollment fees charged at the time of course registration are not eligible for a refund.

b. Course Materials and Resources: The cost of course materials, textbooks, software licenses, or any other resources provided as part of the course fee may not be refundable.

1. Modifications to Courses or Programs:

NODE Academy reserves the right to make changes to the course or program structure, curriculum, faculty, or any other aspect without prior notice. In such cases, students will not be entitled to a refund unless the changes significantly impact the overall learning experience.

1. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute or disagreement regarding the refund request, NODE Academy and the student will work together in good faith to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to appropriate legal channels, subject to the laws and regulations governing such disputes.
